Why Is It So Difficult to Wake Up Early – A Forever Struggle

Hi all,
Help me out here. Why is it so so so difficult to wake up early, even after sleeping early?
No matter how much I try, I fail every time.
I sleep for an average of 8 hours daily and still — it’s difficult to wake up on time.
Even after sleeping well, I have dark circles. Why 🤷🏻♀️?
And the dark circles are even more evident when I don’t wear glasses.
Then everyone keeps asking:
“Are you not sleeping properly?”
“Is something bothering you?”
Life Updates 📝
- I’ve started wearing contact lenses daily — for 4–5 hours or so
- My dark circles are very much evident
- And I still can’t wake up on time
Anyway… I had a little selfie session today because I felt I was looking beautiful
And then I realized I desperately need a haircut 😅
Haircut Dilemma
Because of the COVID situation, I haven’t been to a salon in like 1.5 years.
Yes, 1.5 years! Damn.
I should try those DIY haircut videos haha.
But definitely not try bangs!
A Strange Day: 1st June
Today is 1st June. And it’s kind of a weird day for me.
My parents got married on 1st June — and they’re separated now.
They act so weirdly on this day.
If I wish them:
“What’s the point?”
If I don’t wish:
“You forgot to wish me on this special day.”
😵💫 It confuses me so much.
Like — did I offend them? Or did I make them sad?
